I had a great experience at Chapelhouse MG Bolton because I felt Yaqoob was genuine in his sales technique and was keen to make sure it was the deal I wanted . I am really pleased with the car ( a demonstrator MG3 hybrid) and although there were a few small things missing at the handover- no spare key and car mats these have been resolved by Yaqoob .He has also been very helpful in arranging for personal plates to be put on the car. Buying a car can be stressful but I felt supported rather than pressured at Chapelhouse MG Bolton.

I'd recommend Chapelhouse MG Bolton because Ashkon and Jacub resolved the problems but overall it took 3 weeks to collect vehicle.a week to bring from from southport. The monthly pcp payment i was assured included the negative equity .however it did not and i ended up paying £930.00 to clear equity and keep payment to £310.00 .in total i made around 15 phone calls and was passed to various people. Overall i am delighted with vehicle thanking Ashkan and Jacub .
